Now, let's play a game! I will say the name of an animal, and you will make the sound it makes. For example, if I say 'duck', you will quack like a duck. Let's try it with different animals like 'frog', 'horse', and 'chicken'. This will help us remember the sounds better!
For our independent practice, I want you to draw your favorite animal and write down what sound it makes. You can use crayons or markers to make your drawing colorful. Once you finish, you can share your drawing with the class and tell us about your animal and its sound.
