Today, we will learn about different animals and the sounds they make. Animals are all around us, and each one has a unique sound. For example, a dog barks, a cat meows, and a cow moos. Let's think about some of our favorite animals and what sounds they make!
Let's look at some pictures of animals. When I show you a picture of a lion, what sound does it make? That's right! A lion roars. Now, if I show you a picture of a sheep, what sound does it make? Yes, it bleats! We can practice these sounds together as we look at the pictures.
I will play some animal sounds, and you will guess which animal makes that sound. For example, if I play a sound and you think it’s a dog, raise your hand! After we guess, we will talk about the animal and what it looks like. This will help us remember both the sound and the animal.
Now it's your turn! I want you to draw your favorite animal and write down the sound it makes. Once you finish your drawing, you can share it with a partner and make the sound of your animal. This will help us remember the sounds and have fun at the same time!
