Today, we will learn about different animals and how to say their names in isiNdebele. Animals are all around us, and knowing their names helps us talk about them. For example, a 'cat' is called 'ikati' in isiNdebele. We will look at pictures of animals and practice saying their names together.

Let's look at some examples. If I show you a picture of a dog, I will say 'inja' which means 'dog' in isiNdebele. Now, let’s repeat together: 'inja'. Next, if I show you a picture of a cow, I will say 'inkomo'. Can everyone say 'inkomo'? Great job! We will continue with more animals.

Now, we will play a matching game. I will show you a picture of an animal, and you will tell me its name in isiNdebele. For example, if I show you a picture of a lion, you should say 'ingonyama'.
