Today, we will learn about different animals in isiXhosa. Animals are all around us, and they have unique names in our language. We will focus on common animals such as 'inja' (dog), '猫' (cat), 'ibhubesi' (lion), 'ingulube' (pig), and 'ihagu' (duck). Let's listen to the sounds these animals make and learn their names together!

Let's practice saying the names of animals. For example, when I say 'inja', you say 'dog' and bark like a dog. When I say 'ibhubesi', you say 'lion' and roar like a lion. This will help you remember the names better. Repeat after me: 'inja' (dog), 'ibhubesi' (lion), '猫' (cat), 'ingulube' (pig), 'ihagu' (duck).

Now, we will play a matching game. I will show you pictures of animals, and you will tell me their names in isiXhosa. For example, if I show you a picture of a cat, you will say '猫'.
