Today, we will learn about different places in our community. These include the school (isikole), the shop (ivenkile), the park (ipaki), and the hospital (isibhedlela). We will discuss what we can do in these places and who we might meet there. Understanding these words will help us talk about our daily lives and the places we visit.

Let’s create sentences using our new words. For example, 'I go to the school every day' can be translated to 'Ndiyahamba esikolweni yonke imihla.' We can also say, 'I buy bread at the shop' which is 'Ndithenga ubhontsi e-venkileni.' Practicing these sentences will help us remember the vocabulary better.

In groups, we will create a map of our community. Each group will draw and label places like the school, park, and shop. As you draw, think about what activities happen in these places. Afterward, each group will present their map to the class, explaining what they drew and why these places are important.

Now, it’s your turn to write! On your own, write three sentences about your community. Use at least three of the vocabulary words we learned today. For example, you might write, 'I play in the park' or 'My mother works at the shop.' Remember to use correct spelling and punctuation.
