Now, we will play a game where I will make the sound of an animal, and you will guess which animal it is in Tshivenda. For instance, if I say 'woof', you should respond with 'mbwa'. This will help reinforce your memory of the animal names and sounds. We will do this as a class, and then in pairs.

For your independent practice, I want you to draw your favorite animal and write its name in Tshivenda. You can use crayons or markers to make your drawing colorful. Once you finish, we will have a sharing session where you can present your drawing and tell us the name of the animal in Tshivenda.
