It starts with a capital letter and ends with a question mark. Notice how the punctuation changes the meaning of the sentence. We will practice writing our own sentences using these rules.

Now, let's write a sentence together. I will say a sentence, and you will help me write it on the board. The sentence is: 'The dog is barking.' First, we write 'The' with a capital T. Next, we write 'dog' and 'is' and 'barking.' Finally, we add a full stop at the end. After we write it, we will read it together and check if we used the correct punctuation.
