Let's look at some scenarios. Imagine a new student joins our class from another country. How can we show respect? We can greet them, ask about their culture, and invite them to play with us. Another example is when someone speaks a different language; we can listen patiently and try to understand them. These actions show that we value diversity and respect.

In pairs, students will role-play different scenarios where they can practice respectful behavior. For example, one student can pretend to be a new classmate, and the other can show how to welcome them. After each role-play, we will discuss how it felt to show respect and what other actions could be taken to make everyone feel included.

Each student will write or draw about one way they can show respect to someone in their life. This could be a family member, a friend, or a classmate. They will share their goal with the class, and we will create a 'Respect Wall' where we can display these goals. This will remind us to practice respect every day.
