Let’s look at this sentence: 'Ke rata diphiri' (I like apples). It needs a full stop at the end. The correct sentence is 'Ke rata diphiri.' Now, let’s try another one: 'O kae' (Where are you). This sentence is a question, so it needs a question mark at the end. The correct version is 'O kae?'.
In groups, students will receive a list of sentences without punctuation. Each group will work together to add the correct punctuation marks.
