I will read a short story in Setswana, and I want you to listen carefully. After I finish, we will discuss the story. I will ask questions like, 'Ke eng se se diragalang mo pale?' (What is happening in the story?). You will answer in complete sentences, using the vocabulary we have learned.

Now it’s your turn to write! I want you to write three sentences about your favorite animal in Setswana. Remember to start each sentence with a capital letter and end with the correct punctuation. After writing, share your sentences with a partner and read them aloud.
