Let’s look at the sentence: 'Ngiyathanda ukudla pizza'. This sentence is missing a full stop at the end. The correct sentence should be 'Ngiyathanda ukudla pizza.' Now, let’s add a comma to this sentence: 'Ngiyathanda, pizza, ne ice cream.' The comma helps separate the items in the list.
In groups, we will receive a list of sentences that need punctuation. For example, 'Uthanda umculo' should be corrected to 'Uthanda umculo.' After correcting, each group will read their sentences aloud to the class. This will help us practice speaking and listening while reinforcing our grammar skills.
