In groups, you will receive a set of words. Your task is to create sentences using these words. Remember to start with a capital letter and end with a punctuation mark. After you create your sentences, each group will share one sentence with the class. This will help us practice speaking and listening skills.
Now, I want you to write a short paragraph about your favorite animal. Use at least three new words you learned today. Make sure to use correct punctuation and spacing. After you finish writing, draw a picture of your animal and label it with the words you used in your paragraph.
