Guided reading is an important part of learning to read. In this session, we will read a short story together. I will help you understand the story by asking questions and discussing the characters and events. This will help you improve your reading skills and understand what you read better.

Let's read the story 'The Little Bird'. As we read, I will pause and ask you questions about what is happening. For example, I might ask, 'What color is the bird?' or 'Where does the bird live?' After reading, we will discuss the answers together to ensure everyone understands the story.

After reading, we will have a group discussion. I will ask you to share your thoughts about the story. What did you like? What was your favorite part? This will help you practice speaking and listening to your classmates. Remember to listen carefully when others are speaking.
