Let's look at the following sentence: 'ndivhuwa na u shuma'. This sentence is missing a full stop at the end. The correct version is 'ndivhuwa na u shuma.' Now, let’s add punctuation to another sentence together: 'Ndi funa u bvela phanda'. What punctuation do we need at the end? Yes, a full stop! So it becomes 'Ndi funa u bvela phanda.'
In groups, students will be given a set of words to create sentences. For example, the words 'ndivhuwa', 'na', 'u shuma' can be arranged to form a correct sentence.
