Let's look at a simple story: 'U na n'wana wa le Xitsonga. U ya etlhorweni. U bona swinyenyana. U tsala: 'Swinyenyana swi le kahle!' ' This story has a character (the child), a setting (the forest), and an event (seeing the birds). Notice how we use punctuation like full stops and capital letters to make it clear.
