This helps the reader understand when one thought ends and another begins.

Now, let’s create our own short story as a class! I will start with a sentence: 'In a magical forest, there lived a wise old owl.' What do you think should happen next? Raise your hand to share your ideas. We will write down your suggestions, making sure to use capital letters and punctuation. Together, we will build a story that we can read aloud!
