Notice how each sentence starts with a capital letter and ends with the correct punctuation. We can practice writing similar sentences using different subjects and actions.
Now, let’s create sentences as a class. I will say a subject, and you will help me add an action and punctuation. For example, if I say 'The cat', you might say 'is sleeping.' Together, we would write: 'The cat is sleeping.' Let’s try another one: 'The children'. What can we add to make a complete sentence? Remember to think about punctuation!
