A sentence is a group of words that expresses a complete thought. In Setswana, sentences often start with a capital letter and end with a punctuation mark. The most common punctuation marks are the full stop (.), question mark (?), and exclamation mark (!). Each of these marks serves a different purpose: a full stop indicates the end of a statement, a question mark indicates a question, and an exclamation mark shows strong feelings or excitement.
