After listening to the story, we will have a class discussion. I will ask questions like, 'What was the main idea of the story?' and 'Who were the main characters?' I want you to raise your hands to share your thoughts. Remember to speak clearly and use complete sentences. For example, you could say, 'The main idea of the story is...' This will help you practice your speaking skills.

Now, I want you to write three sentences about your favorite animal. Make sure to start each sentence with a capital letter and end with a full stop. After writing, read your sentences to a partner. This will help you practice both writing and speaking. Remember to check your sentences for correct punctuation and spacing.
