Hindus visit temples to worship their deities and perform rituals. Each of these places has specific practices and traditions that are important to their faith.

Let's look at some images of different places of worship. As a class, we will identify each place and discuss what religion it belongs to. For example, if we see a picture of a church, we will say it is a place of worship for Christians. We will also talk about what activities might take place there, such as prayer, singing, or community gatherings.

Now it's your turn! Imagine you could create your own place of worship. Draw a picture of it and write a few sentences about what religion it belongs to, what it looks like, and what activities happen there. Be creative and think about how your place of worship can bring people together.
