Think about the activities, places, and people you would like to include. Remember to use descriptive words to make your writing interesting!

Here is an example of a short paragraph about a dream day: 'On my dream day, I would wake up early and eat my favorite breakfast of pancakes and syrup. Then, I would go to the beach with my friends, where we would build sandcastles and swim in the ocean. In the evening, we would have a picnic under the stars. It would be the best day ever!' Notice how the sentences are complete and use punctuation correctly.

Let's have a group discussion about our dream days. I will ask you some questions, and you can share your ideas. What activities would you include? Who would you spend your day with? As you share, think about how to use complete sentences and proper punctuation. After our discussion, we will work together to create a list of words that describe fun activities.
